SUBSTANCE: proposed method is implemented in compressor module comprising pressurised casing 3 divided by seals 4 into first chamber 8 equipped with compressor 2 and second chamber 7 provided with gas-filled motor 1. Note here that compressor and motor are coupled to be driven by at least one shaft 9. Note also the second chamber 7 with motor 1 are protected against ingress of contaminated gas flow from first chamber 8 with compressor 2 by compressed air forced from bleed point 13 of first or intermediate stage, or compressor outlet 16. Note here that compressed air is fed directly into seal 4 or between two or more seals to allow backflow through at least one seal 4 to first chamber 8.
EFFECT: adequate protection.
