SUBSTANCE: measuring tube 1 of magnetic-induction flowmetre transducer built in pipeline consists on tube 2 with lined inner surface 3. Lining is bonded with tube by layer of primer 4. Lining and primer are made from polyurethane suitable for drinking water. Primer is produced by applying and hardening multicomponent system comprising isocyanate, in particular, diisocyanate, and two- or polyatomic alcohol, while lining is made by applying and curing another multicomponent system including isocyanate, in particular diisocyanate, two- or polyatomic alcohol and catalyst comprising physiologically safe organometallic compounds, for example, organotin compounds.
EFFECT: higher efficiency, reduced costs.
