FIELD: paint industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a water dispersion of polyurethane-polyurea (PD), which can be used in multilayer paint systems. Water dispersion (PD) has polyurethane-polyurea particles with an average size of 40–2000 nm and a gel fraction of at least 50 wt. %. Polyurethane-polyurea particles include at least one polyurethane prepolymer containing isocyanate groups and anionic groups and/or groups, which can be converted to anionic groups, and at least one polyamine containing two primary amino groups and one or two secondary amino groups. Dispersion (PD) comprises at least 90 % by weight of polyurethane-polyurea particles and water. Pigmented aqueous primer is also described, including the indicated dispersion (PD), and a method for producing a multi-layered inking system using the primer.
EFFECT: invention provides improved stability when storing dispersion (PD) and primer material while improving the optical properties of the coating, increasing its resistance to cracking, the formation of pin holes and drips.
