SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a polyurethane-polyurea aqueous dispersion (PD) for the preparation of a pigmented primer material, as well as to a method for producing a polyurethane-polyurea aqueous dispersion, a pigmented aqueous priming material, a method for producing a multi-layered inking system; a multi-layered inking system; and for applying a dispersion. This dispersion has polyurethane-polyurea particles present in the dispersion, the average size of which is 40–2000 nm, and at least 50 % gel fraction. Dispersion is obtained by (I) obtaining the composition (Z), (II) dispersing the composition (Z) in the aqueous phase, and (III) at least partially removing at least one organic solvent (Z.2) from the dispersion obtained in (II). Composition (Z) is obtained from (Z.1) 15–65 wt. % of at least one chemical intermediate, including isocyanate groups and having blocked primary amino groups, and (Z.2) 35–85 wt. % of at least one organic solvent, which has a solubility in water of not more than 38 wt. % at a temperature of 20 °C. Preparation of component (Z.1) involves the reaction (Z.1.1) of at least one polyurethane prepolymer, including isocyanate groups and including anionic groups and/or groups that can be converted to anionic groups, with (Z.1.2) at least one polyamine comprising at least two blocked primary amino groups and at least one free secondary amino group. This reaction is the addition reaction of isocyanate groups from (Z.1.1) with free secondary amino groups from (Z.1.2). Method for producing a multi-layered inking system comprises (1) applying a water-based primer material to the substrate, (2) forming a polymer film from a primer material applied in step (1), (3) applying a primer of a varnish material to the obtained primer film, (4) curing the primer film with a film of a primer varnish.
EFFECT: resulting aqueous dispersions provide good optical properties, especially resistance to the formation of holes and bubbles, as well as resistance to drips, and dispersions provide excellent mechanical properties such as adhesion and resistance to cracking.
