SUBSTANCE: reference frequency signal is generated. A carrier frequency signal is generated using a controlled carrier frequency generator. The generated carrier frequency signal is phase locked to the frequency of the generated reference frequency signal. A random signal with predetermined characteristics is generated. The carrier frequency signal is modulated with the random signal. The carrier frequency signal modulated by the random signal is manipulated by pulses of the information signal. A portion of the power of the signal from the controlled carrier frequency generator is manipulated.
EFFECT: stable conditions for generating random radio pulses with possibility of controlling their spectral characteristics, including at high information transmission speeds as well.
