SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a generator of a correlated sequence of short microwave pulses. It is achieved by the fact that a generator of a correlated sequence of short microwave pulses is proposed, comprising a traveling-wave tube (TWT), a power divider, Y-circulator, band-pass filter, directional coupler, tunable attenuator, phase-locked loop.
EFFECT: possibility of generating a highly stable correlated sequence of short microwave radio pulses of nanosecond and subnanosecond duration.
