FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: planting unit comprises a planting conveyor mounted in the side wall of the seed box at an angle to the horizon. The conveyor is made of separate elements fastened to the V-belts, and the cells are made on these elements in the form of recesses and correspond to the shape and sizes of the seeds of the sown crop. In front of the cells there are active triangular guides located between the cells and having a length equal to half the length of the cell. At that, the front edges of the active guides protrude behind the front edge of the cell, and the rear edges of the active guides are located in front of the axial line of the cells. From the lower part of the elements the grooves are made to accommodate the pushers located on the axial lines of the cells. At the upper part of the planting conveyor under the drive unit the spring-loaded pusher is installed in the form of rolls having a width providing their passage in the grooves, and the diameter of greater length of the cell.

EFFECT: invention enables to improve operational reliability of planting and germination of seeds.
