FIELD: textiles, paper.
SUBSTANCE: system for paper processing is proposed, comprising an autoclave for dispersing, removing dirt, oil, typographic ink, and other foreign materials, a device for impregnating, bleaching to form the pulp, a sieve, where the release of dirt and foreign material is carried out, a flotator, a filter for washing, dehydration and degreasing, a pulper, in which the paper is mixed with water by the blade activator which is a tank with a horizontal axis of arrangement of the blades of the activator, which is connected with gear driven by the electric motor, and on top of which there is a hatch for loading waste paper. The blade activator may be made in the form of at least two series-connected screw propellers with at least two helical blades placed in the mesh drum, a column for wet processing is made from the housing with the inlet pipe for loading the pulp and the outlet pipe for discharging the moistened product on the sieve, which is made in the form of a conveyor belt, and inside the housing a perforated inclined cylinder is mounted for moistening the pulp with nozzles located on its side surface, connected to the collector of the water supply, at that in the lower part of the perforated inclined cylinder the spring-loaded valve is mounted for automatic discharge of the final product on the sieve, and each of the nozzles of the column for wet processing comprises a housing, a fitting, and an insert-swirler located coaxially. The fitting comprises an inlet cylindrical opening connected to the diffuser formed axially in the housing, and in the lower part of the housing a nozzle is located, which is axially arranged to the housing, made with a confusor, at that the diffuser and the confusor are coaxial, and the insert-swirler is made of wear-resistant material.
EFFECT: increase in productivity and quality.
