FIELD: recycling and disposal of waste.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the paper recycling installations. This is achieved by the fact that the paper processing complex contains an autoclave for dispersing, removing dirt, oil, printing ink and other foreign materials, device for impregnating, bleaching in order to form a pulp, a screen, where the dirt and foreign material discharge takes place, flotation plant, filter for washing, dehydrating and degreasing, pulping machine, in which paper is mixed with water by means of a paddle activator, which is a container with horizontal axis of the activator blades arrangement, which is connected to the electric motor driven gearbox, on which top the waste paper loading hatch is located, at that, the paddle activator can be made in the form of at least two serially connected screw propellers with at least two helical blades placed in the mesh drum, wet treatment tower is made of a housing with the pulp loading inlet branch pipe and the outlet branch pipe for the moistened product discharging onto a screen, which is made in the form of a conveyor belt, and inside the housing a perforated inclined cylinder is installed for the pulp humidifying process with the located on its side surface nozzles connected to the water supply manifold, at that, in the perforated inclined cylinder lower part, installing the spring loaded dampers for the finished product automatic discharge to the screen, and each of the wet treatment tower nozzles comprises a housing, union and a coaxially positioned vortex insert, wherein in the union a cylindrical opening is made connected to the diffuser, which is axially symmetric made in the housing, and in the housing lower part axially symmetric to the housing nozzle is arranged, which is made with a confuser, at that, the diffuser and the confuser are co-axial, and the vortex insert is made of wear-resistant material.
