FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: device consists of support whereon there are overhung fixed frame with mandrel for tape winding. The device is equipped with a tape coiler with a glue metering appliance and with a drive. An additional drive is set coaxially to the mandrel. Removable tape reel holders with packages for tapes are arranged invariant to each other. The mandrel is made as four pairs of rollers mounted on the frame. Two pairs of rollers can travel along horizontal while the other two pairs of rollers perpendicular to them can travel along vertical. An endless belt successively envelopes an upper roller of the vertical pair of the mandrel support, an upper roller of the vertical pair of a free end forming the first guide for the mandrel, one of the rollers of the horizontal pair of a bed and a roller of a free end of the horizontal pair forming the second guide of the mandrel, another roller of the horizontal pair of the bed, a horizontal roller of a free end forming the third guide, a lower roller of a free end of the vertical pair forming the fourth guide of the mandrel, and further it goes through a mechanism compensating change of working length of the belt to a driving pulley. Guides formed with the belt form geometry of cross section of a fabricated pipe and move the fabricated pipe further through a drying zone due to friction forces between working surface of the belt and internal surface of the fabricated pipe. The drying zone corresponds to four ribbed round tubular electric heating elements fixed on the frame and equipped with temperature regulators.

EFFECT: reduced expenditures, improved design.
