METHOD OF PREDICTING COURSE OF WOUND PROCESS OF MICROBIAL ETIOLOGY AFTER SURGERY ON LYMPHOPHARYNGEAL RING IN CHILDREN Russian patent published in 2011 - IPC G01N33/48

Abstract RU 2430359 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: before surgery on lymphopharyngeal ring in children microflora of upper respiratory way mucosa is analysed and degree of contamination with microorganisms is determined, as well as concentration of all isolated microorganisms. Analysis is repeated on 3-5 day after operation with determination of concentration of all isolated microorganisms, and is quantity of microorganism species on mucosa and concentration of each species of microorganisms, which determine disbiosis of lymphopharyngeal ring in the second probe reduces not less than in two times, favourable course of post-operation wound process is predicted, in case of other indices, prognosis is unfavourable.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to detect unfavourable course of post-operation wound process and carry out treatment correction at early stages in due time.
