FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, namely to dentistry, and can be used to predict the course of the wound process after dental implantation. Before the start of the operation, material is taken from the oral mucosa and the presence or absence of bifidobacteria is detected. When determining bifidobacteria at a concentration of less than or equal to 103 CFU/ml, an unfavorable course of the postoperative period is predicted.
EFFECT: method allows to increase the accuracy of predicting the results of dental implantation, to determine the prognosis before the start of treatment, which makes it possible to carry out preventive measures in the early stages of the postoperative period and adjust therapeutic measures due to the combination of techniques of the claimed invention.
