SUBSTANCE: invention refers to a device for demountable arrangement of an auxiliary facilities (12), particularly foot plates or an extension therapy apparatus on a surgical table (102). The device comprises two coupled connectors (10, 100) and the mechanism for locking and unlocking mechanism. The mechanism comprises a first locking element (26) mounted on a first connector (10), and a second locking element (114) mounted on a second connector (100), an unlocking element (28) arranged on a first connector (10) which in a locking position is preliminary tensed and can move against a preliminary tensed unlocking position in which it loads one (114) of both locking elements (26, 114) in such a manner that both locking elements (26, 14) are disconnected. The mechanism also comprises a blocking element (40) arranged on the first connector (10) which keeps the unlocking element (28) against the preliminary tensed unlocking position, and an actuating element (46) arranged on the first connector (10). The actuating element (46) loads the blocking element (40) in its first position in such a manner that it is disconnected from the unlocking element (28).
EFFECT: invention is adjustable with respect to locking and unlocking the coupling of both connectors.
