SUBSTANCE: anhydrous dermatological or cosmetic preparation containing urea and phynantriol which is used to improve water-retention ability of a horny layer. Said preparation contains a gel base which substantially does not include any unbranched hydrocarbons having 6 to 50 carbon atoms.
EFFECT: preparation exhibits significantly improved skin organoleptic criterions as compared with known ureal preparations of this type.
