FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to abrasive tool with abrasive part containing layer of sintered super abrasive particles and set of abrasive elements with top ends arranged leveled. Abrasive part contains layer of sintered super abrasive particles combined to single part jointed with liner material from cemented carbide. Abrasive elements are arranged in said abrasive part along groups nearby straight grooves. Note here that super abrasive parts are jointed together and with cemented carbide by binder metal fed from cemented carbide at ultrahigh pressure and high temperature so that said super abrasive stays in thermally dynamic stable phase while grooves are formed by cut-out electroerosion processing.
EFFECT: high quality abrasive tool, longer life.
