FIELD: machine engineering, possibly mechanical working of complex-shape parts of nickel-base materials.
SUBSTANCE: method is realized at using tool having grinding surface coated with super-abrasive granular material. Tool includes enlarged portion, end portion and first part of shaft arranged between said portions. Shaft first part and end portion are coated with abrasive material. Tool is arranged in such a way that to provide spot contact of tool and worked material. After imparting rotation to tool surface of part is formed by removing material in zone of contact of tool and part.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency and working quality of complex-shape parts, lowered thermal stress, increased useful life period of tool.
