FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: procedure consists in withdrawal of blast-furnace gas from blast furnace, in primary blast-furnace gas scrubbing in dry dust-arrester, in successive fine scrubbing blast furnace gas in bag filters where there is used pulse regeneration of bags of bag filter with compressed gas and in successive utilisation of scrubbed blast-furnace gas for production of electric power. Upon blast-furnace primary scrubbing there is measured temperature of blast-furnace gas and if temperature of blast-furnace gas exceeds a specified value, blast-furnace gas is cooled with water to temperature not exceeding the specified value, but as high as dew point temperature. Also, water is sprayed in a flow of blast-furnace gas in any direction relative to direction of the blast-furnace gas flow. Pulse regeneration of bags of the bag filter is carried out with nitrogen, argon, or scrubbed blast-furnace gas facilitating pressure of gas exceeding pressure of fume-laden gas in the bag filter for not less, than at four atmospheres.
EFFECT: increased resource of equipment for blast furnace dry scrubbing.
