FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: procedure consists in acceleration of powder material preliminary heated to 100-350°C with flow of air at rate over 300 m/s and in its application on surface of item. As a powder material there is used mixture containing two components, one of which is plastic metal - copper, while another is material of hardness not less, than three times higher, than hardness of a plastic component. As a solid component there is used fine dispersed powder of quazi-crystalline particles at amount of 10-60 wt % and 20-80 % wt of powder of iron with dimension of particles 100-200 mcm is additionally introduced into a powder material. Coating is applied at angle 85-75 degrees to surface of an item. Quazi-crystalline particles of system Al-Cu-Fe, Al-Cu-Mg are used as a solid component.
EFFECT: raised hardness, wear resistance, reduced porosity and friction ratio of coating.
