FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: procedure of continuous forming travelling web (3) with defect-free circuit elements consists in at least partial separation of circuit element (2) form travelling web (3). Defect circuit element (2) at least partially is removed. Defect-free circuit element (2) is repeatedly applied on travelling web (3) with a set off and removed circuit element (2) is replaced with operable circuit element (2). Device (1) for continuous rejection of defect circuit elements consists of control instrument (10) for detection of defect circuit elements and of a receiving device for reception of rejected defect circuit elements (2). The device is equipped with at least one mechanism for at least partial separation of each circuit element (2) from travelling web (3) and for its application on travelling web (3) with set-off relative to its former position. The device consists of at least one mechanism for selection (40) of circuit element (2) determined with control instrument (10) as a defect one.
EFFECT: raised reliability of rejection.
