SUBSTANCE: secondary radar such as that operating in S mode has controlled power supply which supplies first and second high-frequency common-mode signals through power splitter; phase shifter selectively controls signal phase so that resulting power level upon passing through main amplifiers and adder can be controlled by phase shift brought in by phase shifter.
