SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for brewing or making an infusion or a drink. The device comprises a reservoir for heated water made with the possibility of water heating in its bottom part, a facility to create a vortex flow of heated water arranged in the inner space of the reservoir, and a brewing sieve arranged in the centre of the upper part of the reservoir inner space. At the same time the device to create the vortex flow is made in the form of at least one element that causes swirling of the ascending flow of heated water, which is arranged along the periphery of the reservoir, in the plane that covers the vertical lifting of heated water, at the same time in the central part of the reservoir, in the area of the specified facility location for creation of the vortex flow, there is a passage for the descending flow of heated water.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to create ordered movement of water flows in process of boiling, forcing it to raise to the surface of the water column in the form of spirally swirling flows, thus forming a more stable system of water boiling.
