FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for construction of a barrier from barbed wire. A barrier consists of barbed wire (101) that is spirally shaped and has a possibility of being folded in the first direction (A) and a possibility of being stretched in the second opposite direction (B). Device (100) has a guide element spread in the first and the second directions (A, B), for example pulling cable (120) that is intended to direct movement of element (115) made in the form of a cover plate and/or barbed wire (101) from container (110) in the second direction (B), and vice versa. Pulling cable (120) can have tension element (121), mainly brought into action mechanically, pneumatically or hydraulically. The device has one or more protective conductors (160), mainly current-carrying signal conductors and/or conductors under high voltage. Pulling cable (120) can be current-conducting and together with protective conductors it can form an electrical protective and/or signal system.
EFFECT: ease of use and safe laying of barbed wire at its removal along the guide in order to create a barrier.
