FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: before operation of part it is subjected to strengthening loading by several stages. Value of load is increased with each following stage. Loading is performed in cycles and with conditioning in time at level of maximal and minimal stresses in each cycle of loading. Value of loading is chosen from condition that value of maximal stresses of the cycle in the most loaded region of a part rises as high, as proportional limit, but less, than limit of ultimate strength of part material.
EFFECT: increased service life and resource of parts.
