SUBSTANCE: invention relates to navigation of ground vehicles and may be used in navigation systems using info from various transducers for solving tasks of survey for operations of missiles and artillery. Algorithm of survey vehicle operation comprises: switching on survey vehicle navigation hardware; testing form corrections for compliance; note here that in case of their incompliance, operation of survey vehicle is terminated unless troubleshooting; verifying correct selection and input of initial navigation parameters; selection of "Navigation" mode; input of initial coordinates and direction angle of survey vehicle lengthwise axis; operating said vehicle in motion; operating said vehicle at target point; "maintenance" mode.
