SUBSTANCE: in hydroacoustic coating plates, having an acoustic layer made from highly elastic material which is penetrated by channels with a varying cross section lying uniformly on the surface area of the plates and hermetically sealed on the inside and outside by protective layers, said channels are filled with foamed highly elastic material. Air content in the foamed highly elastic material is between 50 and 90%.
EFFECT: high sound insulation and low reflection coefficient at high hydroacoustic pressure.
