FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to oncothoracic surgery. It is implemented by selective blood circulation cutting off of a superior lobe of a left lung or superior and middle lobes of a right lung with blood circulation preserved in an inferior lobe of a perfused lung. A pulmonary artery is cannulated with a device along an interlobar fissure at a level of an origin of the segment 6 artery. A wall of the artery is pressed out by means of a rubber holder at levels of artery mouth so that a flowing passage opening is arranged at 1.5 cm in an artery opening, at 1.5 cm from a pressing-out point in a proximal direction, and at 1.5 cm from a cannulation point in a proximal direction. The flowing passage opening shall be found at 9 cm in the pulmonary artery opening in a distal direction from the second pressing-out point. The device used for this purpose represents a two-passage PVC tube. One of its passages is used for perfusion, and the other one is flowing and used to preserve the blood flow in the inferior lobe of the lung. A proximal end of the tube is closed, while a distal one is supplied by a port which is connected with a perfusion passage of the tube. The flowing passage at this level is closed; the passages are opened outside with their four openings 0.5 cm×0.2 cm. And the openings are found on the flowing passage at 1.5 cm and 9 cm, and on the perfusion passage - at 4.5 cm and 6.0 cm from the closed proximal end of the device.
EFFECT: use of the given group of inventions allows providing perfusion solution flow into the superior lobe of the left lung or into the superior and middle lobes of the right lung with blood circulation preserved in the inferior lobe of the lung on the surgery side, and also reducing risk of developing haemodynamic disorders and a conteralateral pulmonary oedema.
