FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to oncothoracic surgery, and can be used in treating the patients with metastatic lesion of the lungs. That is ensured by lung perfusion with a solution consisting of blood corpuscles and plasma excluded from blood circulation dissolved in an isotonic solution containing 50 mg of melphalan. The perfusion is enabled at space velocity 180-220 ml/min in the hyperoxic conditions ensured by a membrane oxygenator included in the perfusion loop and receiving oxygen supplied FiO2 100% at space velocity 180-220 ml/minutes. It is combined with high-frequency perfusion lung ventilation with a humidified oxygen mixture FiO2 40 %, Peep+5 cm H2O at frequency 50 to 100 inhales per minute.

EFFECT: method allows to intensify antineoplastic activity of the treatment considerably ensured by a combination of cytostatic agents in high doses and pulmonary tissue hyperoxia promoting apoptosis induction preventing potential development of bronchial tubes and pulmonary parenchyma ischemia.
