FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cleaning gases of dust and chemical impurities and may be used at iron and steel industry enterprises. Proposed device comprises confuser, neck, diffuser, adjusting insert made up of elements coaxially spaced apart and jointed via rod with drive, sprinkling system, and retainer arranged in diffuser. Outer element is rigidly fixed on rod by spokes while inner element is arranged on rod to reciprocate thereon and provided with stops arranged between outer element spokes. Sprinkling system is made up of manifold with nozzles. Every nozzle comprises axially symmetric case wit its axis perpendicular to manifold tube opening axis. Straightening element with central sleeve is arranged in nozzle on manifold tube flow opening side. Nozzle case has two ledges opposed perpendicular to nozzle axis to allows fastening to manifold by locks. Nozzle case bottom has taper throttle orifice communicated with mixing chamber arranged between throttle orifice and mixing chamber.
EFFECT: increased power savings.
