SUBSTANCE: in a conditioning system with heat-exchange devices, comprising heat-exchangers installed serially at the supply, a mixing chamber of external recirculation air, an irrigation chamber, a fan, a sensor to monitor enthalpy of supply air, an air valve to control supply of recirculation air, valves of seasonal switching, a heated water pump, a pump of water cooled by evaporation, a cooling tower, connection pipelines, a water heat exchanger to use waste heat of process water and an automatic valve to control flow of cooled water, the irrigation chamber is arranged in the form of a rotor heat mass exchanger and comprises an inlet and outlet nozzles arranged in a body, rotary discs fixed on the shaft, the lower part of which is in a tray with water, besides, discs are fixed to each other by pins via orifices and arranged from a properly soaked material with thickness of 0.5…1 mm, and the shaft with discs rotates along with air travel with frequency of 4…24 min-1 from a motor; besides, discs may be arranged as corrugated or flat in shape, and in the body there are protective canopies to reduce drop entrainment, and the body of each nozzle is hollow, axisymmetric, the axis of which is perpendicular to the axis of the header pipe hole, and the body shape is in the form of a solid of revolution formed by a curve of the second order, for instance, spherical, in the form of a truncated ellipsoid or paraboloid of revolution, and at the side of the flow hole of the header pipe in the nozzle there is a straightening element arranged in the form of a ring having a central bushing, with which at least three blades are rigidly connected as radially arranged and connected to the nozzle body, besides, the body is arranged with two ledges oppositely arranged to the axis of the nozzle, by means of which via yokes with locks the nozzle is fixed on the header, at the same time in the lower part of the nozzle body there is a conical throttling hole connected to a mixing chamber, which is installed between the throttling hole and the straightening element, and on the inner surface of the mixing chamber there are helical grooves.

EFFECT: higher efficiency and reliability of heat and moisture treatment of air in winter period of time.
