FIELD: power industry.

SUBSTANCE: ash collector with swirl atomisers includes inlet connection pipe, housing, outlet connection pipe, bunker, and liquid spray atomisers that are used as sprinkler and spray nozzles. Sprinkler device atomisers are swirl-type, and they contain housing with chamber into which a screw is pressed. At the housing bottom there is throttle hole, and in upper part there arranged is nozzle with cylindrical hole, diffuser and gasket. Inside screw there is hole with screw thread the direction of which coincides with direction of outer screw thread of the screw, and above throttle hole there located is conical mixing chamber for formation of total fine swirling flow.

EFFECT: increasing efficiency of resource saving and cleaning of flue gases by increasing the spraying surface owing to using the swirl atomiser.
