SUBSTANCE: proposed cutting plate has at least one top surface making cutter front surface, and peripheral perpendicular flat lateral surfaces making cutter rear surfaces. Note here that front surface has flat section adjoining rear surfaces with front angle of 0° changing via flat downward section of wall into flat bottom of ship disposal flute and, to plate center, via flat upward section rising to central flat of front surface. Some raised chip removal elements have inclined surface descending to chip removal flute and descending lateral surfaces.
EFFECT: improved chip removal on opposite ascending sections.
