FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: system of two components mixed with each other to form a cementing composition capable of setting, in which the first component contains the following: portland cement; calcium sulfate; water with weight ratio of water amount to amount of solid portland cement and calcium sulfate from 0.5:1 to 5:1; and the second component contains the following: water soluble silicate; water with weight ratio of water amount to amount of hard silicate from 1.5:1 to 25:1. The method to produce a cementing composition capable of setting, fluid for the time sufficient for its use in a flexible reservoir to create a support in a mine, including stages, at which: the first component is produced, containing portland cement, calcium sulfate and water at the weight ratio of water amount to amount of hard portland cement and calcium sulfate from 0.5:1 to 5:1, and the second component containing water soluble silicate and water at the weight ratio of water amount to amount of hard silicate from 1.5:1 to 25:1, and the first and second components of the system are mixed to form a composition capable of setting, in which the weight ratio of water amount to amount of solid material makes at least around 1.2:1. The method to create a support in a mine, including delivery of the specified first and second components to a site of their usage in the mine, mixing of these components to form a composition capable of setting.
EFFECT: reduced viscosity of cementing composition, its increased sedimentation stability, higher strength at initial stage of hardening.
