FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: procedure consists in supply and dissolving aluminium-silicon addition alloy in liquid aluminium. As aluminium-silicon addition alloy there is used liquid aluminium addition alloy with content of silicon 25-45 wt %. Amount of silicon in addition alloy is as high, as 60 wt % of amount of silicon in produced alloy. A solid silicon containing component in form of solid aluminium-silicon addition alloy and/or in form of crystal silicon can be additionally supplied and dissolved in liquid aluminium. Liquid aluminium-silicon addition alloy is produced by mixing liquid aluminium and liquid silicon at temperature 1430-1520°C.
EFFECT: production of alloy with uniform fine grain structure.
