FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to non-ferrous metallurgy, namely to the technology of production of aluminum alloys. Method for producing an aluminum alloy doped with silicon involves the introduction of silicon and refractory metals into the aluminum melt, before being introduced into the aluminum melt, the liquid silicon is subjected to oxidative refining from calcium and phosphorus, mixed with liquid aluminum, refractory metals are introduced into the melt in the form of low-melting ligatures, after which the alloy mirror in the ladle is covered with molten sodium silicate, is poured into a mixer and the amount of aluminum necessary to produce a given alloy composition is added.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at reducing the content of impurities in aluminum alloys, increasing the degree of use of alloying elements in the preparation of alloys and reducing the loss of the alloy.
