FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: reinforced concrete rail support is equipped with a shock absorber. The shock absorber is fixed to its foot by lengthy fixtures. The specified fixtures protrude beyond support dimensions and pass so that between them and the foot there is at least one element of reinforcement. The method to manufacture the specified support consists in the fact that a mould is prepared, reinforcement elements are placed in it, concrete is poured in the mould, concrete is compacted, the shock absorber is fixed to the foot, and the finished support is withdrawn from the moulds. Prior to concrete pouring into the mould the lengthy fixtures are laid in it so that they protrude beyond support dimensions, and between the specified fixtures and the foot there is at least one element of reinforcement.
EFFECT: reduced consumption of fastening material, reduced labour and time inputs in sleeper manufacturing, increased strength of the shock absorber connection to the support.
