RAILWAY CROSSING AND METHOD OF MAKING REVERBERATIVE PLATES FOR IT Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC E01C9/04 

FIELD: railway construction.

SUBSTANCE: railway crossing and method of making reinforced concrete slabs are intended for making road decks through rail track and can be used in construction of roads and city streets to ensure comfortable passage in points of intersection in one level of motor roads and rail transport. Floor boards are made from reinforced concrete. Fastening of rubber elements to reinforced concrete base is ensured by fastening pins rigidly connected with reinforced concrete base of plates. Rubber elements in places of mounting pins under their heads are equipped with wide pressure washers, which have fixing holes throughout the width. Concrete reinforcing bars from composite materials are rigidly connected to concrete base of plates. Lower grate is installed on rubber coating of rubber-concrete slabs, and upper – at level of lower concrete base of plates. Method of producing reinforced concrete slabs can be used in implementation of proposed railway crossing.

EFFECT: technical result is increasing durability of flooring by increasing strength of structure and broader universal capabilities during operation of crossing, as well as increased throughput capacity of railway crossing.
