FIELD: methods and devices for manufacture of ferroconcrete sleepers. SUBSTANCE: method and device for manufacture of anchor ferroconcrete sleepers for railroad tracks with the use of multiplace moulds, with placement and tensioning of wire or bar reinforcement inclusive, installation of anchor members including those, which are prominent above the surface of the subrail area, as well as expansion bolts or cavity shapers, filling of moulds with a concrete or composite mix with a subsequent heat treatment in a stem-curing chamber inclusive, unmoulding and cutting of the wattles, storage of the products. The anchor members of the rail bond with shock-absorbers-packers located on them, which are fitted on the anchor heads, are lowered by the crossarm or telpher into double-tank trays installed along the production line, one of the tanks (the inner one) is filled brim-full with grease and has a lower height as compared with the outer of the tray tank, that is equal to the height of the anchor heads to the level of its concreting, after that the greased anchors with shock-absorbers-packers are installed manually or by a guide device in the plates located in the lower part of the sleeper moulds, the plate holes for the anchor heads are made with chamfered side surfaces at an angle of about 15 to 20 deg, in angles made with radii of about 5 to 8 mm inclusive.
