FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: method to assemble drill rock bits consists in the fact that stocks of legs and cutters undergo complete process mechanical and chemical-thermal treatment, afterwards sections are assembled into a bit with application of assembling accessories, basic surfaces and welding, afterwards a tail is annealed, connecting thread is cut, supports are filled with lubrication, the body and cutters are painted, the thread is lubricated, and the product is packed. After complete mechanical and chemical-thermal treatment, symmetrical narrow basic slots are made at leg dihedral surfaces as perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the dihedral surface at identical distance from the point of journal axis crossing with axis of a leg ball race track, which form a single cavity in process of sections assembly, where a basic flat part is placed prior to displacement of sections, preferably in the form of a disc, with thickness close to width of slots. Such disc levels position of sections relative to the plane perpendicular to the vertical axis of an assembling accessory, and prevents their inclination away from the disc plane. Then sections are tightened to each other to get the required size of the bit in diameter, sections are welded to each other, and subsequent process operations are completed.

EFFECT: increased accuracy of drill rock bit sections assembly.
