FIELD: well drilling and drilling bit production.
SUBSTANCE: method involves finishing outer surface of dihedral provided with basic orifice; creating centering cylindrical orifice in pivot end, wherein orifice is coaxial to drilling leg pivot; installing dummy blank inside device, which provides spatial dummy blank position change after stop member loosening; inserting basic cylindrical roll secured in cartridge in orifice of corresponding shape to direct dummy blank along spherical device lid surface and determining linear basic pin position on installation dihedral prism surface; fixing movable device part position by means of stop pressing bolts and nuts; projecting cylindrical roll out of centering orifice; removing dummy blank from device and installing standard drilling bit leg blank with non-processed pivot. The drilling bit leg blank is secured in device by means of power rod on insert prism and drilling bit leg is turned along with precise pivot axis position direction.
EFFECT: increased efficiency.
