FIELD: power industry.

SUBSTANCE: when using steam-turbine thermal power plant (TPP) there performed is a multi-stage turbine steam overheating and delivery water heating for heat supply system in subsidiary district heater with the help of intermediate heat carrier. As intermediate heat carrier steam, gas or metal melt can be used. Steam-turbine TPP includes boiler connected by pipeline to turbine that has high-pressure area, medium-pressure area and low-pressure area that is connected to electric generator and condenser. Each turbine part has its own steam over-heater heated by heat carrier of intermediate circuit connected to boiler over-heater. Turbine is connected with main district heater through steam heat extraction for heating of return delivery water of heat supply system, the pipeline of which is connected to subsidiary district heater, where delivery water is heated by heat carrier of intermediate circuit.

EFFECT: invention allows increasing of manoeuvre properties of TPP operation, reduction of construction investment, increasing of electric power station efficiency.
