FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: device consists of separate metering devices for each engine cylinder that are performed in a form of removable modules attached to engine intake elements. Metering device module consists of body where there is a spool, stepping motor and stepping motor drive. The spool is performed in a form of cylinder, at the surface of which there is a groove of special configuration that expands sideways and to the depth along its length. At the inner surface of spool body there is also a groove expanding sideways or to the depth. Cross section of metering device is defined by cross area of spool grooves and its body. The change of this section area happens during spool turning in relation to spool body by means of stepping motor according to micro controller commands. Technical result is provided by special profile and length of groove at the spool surface and inner surface of spool body and spool drive by stepping motor that is controlled by micro controller through stepping motor drive.
EFFECT: increase of fuel supply adjustment range, increase of fuel metering accuracy and more deep adaptation of fuel supply to necessary fuel metering principle according to combustion engine operating modes.
