SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in fuel injection systems of internal combustion engines (ICE). Disclosed is relief valve (7) of a fuel injection system for internal combustion engines having at least housing (8), valve (9) and spring retainer (11). According to the invention relief bypass valve (7) is improved with respect to operation in a fuel-critical manner. For this purpose, at least one part of relief valve (7) is proposed to manufacture from material different from steel, for example plastic, which is water resistant and chemical resistant.
EFFECT: prevention of corrosion on parts of relief valve.
