FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: raw stock flow (10) runs in counter-flow with mixed cooling agent circulating through heat exchanger (12). There is produced partially liquefied flow (20) of hydrocarbons of temperature less, than 100°C. Mixed cooling agent comes out of heat exchanger (12) in form of liquid and gaseous flow (18) of cooling agent which passes through first separator (18) and there is produced flow (110) of liquid cooling agent and flow (90) of vapour-like cooling agent. Flow (110) of liquid cooling agent returns to heat exchanger (12) without essential heat exchanging. Flow (90) of vapour-like cooling agent is compressed producing compressed flow (95) of cooling agent which is cooled producing compressed cooled flow (100) of temperature below 0°C. Compressed cooled flow (100) is returned to heat exchanger (12).
EFFECT: maximal transfer of heat through surface of heat exchange in liquefying heat exchanger.
