FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: unit of current command signal generation, provided in the controller to control an AC electric motor, is tuned not to increase losses of the inverter in the condition, when the inverter as the main circuit in the power conversion device, releases the maximum voltage, which may be generated at the outlet voltage of the DC power supply, and when a command torque signal reduces, and releases the current command signal to cause formation of torque in the AC electric motor on the basis of the command torque signal.
EFFECT: configuring the power conversion device to actuate the AC electric motor for an electric vehicle as small in size, light in weight and low in cost, at the same time the cooling device size increase is avoided.
