FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: in a conventional device for electric power transmission, a control microprocessor performs control for elimination or limitation of beating effect, so that there is a delay for control, since time for calculations is needed in the control microprocessor. As a result of the control delay it is not possible to get the result of sufficient reduction of the current pulsation and torque pulsation. Besides, in the electric railway stock, where AC supply source frequency varies as the railway stock is moving, in order to realise the method for detection of a pulsation component by means of a band filter it is required to provide multiple band filters, and then their switching is carried out depending on frequency of the supply source, resulting in difficulties in process of response measures taking. The device for electric power transformation, according to this invention, saves values of DC voltage at predetermined moments of time of digitisation to the last one and forecasts value of DC voltage assessment for the predetermined expired time from the last moment of time of digitisation with application of the saved DC voltage values, by means of which using a forecasted value of the assessed DC voltage, amplitude and/or frequency of AC energy, which is produced by an inverter, is controlled so that variation of AC energy produced by the inverter is restricted, as a result of pulsation caused at the DC side of the inverter.

EFFECT: restriction of energy variation at the output.
