SUBSTANCE: signal processing method comprises the following steps: receiving a signal at a node, determining characteristics of the first part of the signal, determining characteristics of the second part of the signal which comes after the first part of the signal, determining effect on the signal caused by applying an action to the first part of the signal based on characteristics of the first part of the signal, determining effect on the signal caused by not applying action to the first part of the signal based on characteristics of the second part of the signal, applying action to the first part of the signal if it has been determined that the effect on the signal caused by applying action to the first part of the signal is less harmful at least for one signal quality measurement compared to the effect on the signal caused by not applying action to the first part of the signal.
EFFECT: high quality of the received signal.
