SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agriculture, in particular, to the device stimulating crop vegetation activity, including elements of the resonant power supply system, the primary source of electric power, single-conductor transmission line, high-voltage transformer, frequency converter, a capacitor of resonant circuit, the control system. The device includes two switching units. Single-conductor transmission line is divided into N segments, evenly distributed over the area of cultivated land. Capacitor of resonant circuit is divided into N sections. Beginnings of segments of single-conductor power line are connected to the outputs of the first switching units, input of the first switching unit is connected to the first output of the control system, the ends of the segments of single-conductor power line is connected to the outputs of the second switching unit, input of the second switching unit is connected to the second output control system.

EFFECT: invention provides a techno-economic performance improvement, effectiveness and efficiency of processes and devices in general, the reduction of harmful impacts on soil and environment.
