The device comprises a movable unit, a source of electric power and working elements. The source of electric power is made in the form of a resonant system of electric power supply. The source of electric power comprises a primary source of electric power supply, an inverter, a resonant transformer. The source of electric power is located stationary in close vicinity to the cultivated land. The device comprises a single-conductor power line. Output of the source of electric power is connected to the input of the single-conductor power line. The output of the single-conductor power line is connected to the input of the electrode section with the working elements.

EFFECT: it enables to extirpate weeds effectively.
