SUBSTANCE: invention relates to personal safety device of person on float. Rescue device includes a hermetic housing with power supply and control elements, air conduit tubing and an elastic inflatable rescue chamber. For pumping air into the chamber, a pump compressor is used, mounted in a hermetic housing with a control panel attached to the back of the head. Rescue chamber is fastened around the chest under the arm, both on the naked body of men or on the swimsuit of women, and on the inner clothing, for example, of a fisherman under a winter coat, fur coat, jacket, etc. After pumping air into the chamber to a certain pressure, the pump-compressor automatically shuts off. At the same time, a flashing light, located on the upper part of the hermetic housing, is automatically turned on under the red glass of the flashlight, giving a distress signal to rescuers. In case of failure of the compressor pump, it is inflated by means of an emergency tubing through the mouth by inflating the rescue chamber. Special nipple, passing air into the elastic chamber, does not release it back.
