SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing rubber filled with precipitated silica filler using a liquid-phase filling technique. The rubber can be used to prepare rubber mixtures and vulcanised rubber based on said mixtures. The method of obtaining rubber involves preparation of a suspension of precipitated silica filler and a coupling agent in an organic solvent, followed by mixing said suspension and a rubber solution. The rubber used is soluble and emulsion types of divinyl-styrene, butadiene rubber, mixtures based on said types, isoprene rubber, mixtures based on divinyl-styrene rubber with isoprene or butadiene rubber, ternary copolymeric rubber based on styrene, isoprene and butadiene, ethylene-propylene double or ternary rubber. Hydrophobisation of the silica filler is carried out during preparation of the suspension. Hydrophobisation takes place under the effect of the coupling agent in the presence of a catalyst for reaction of the precipitated silica filler with the coupling agent, or simultaneously under the effect of vinyl-containing polysiloxane additives and a coupling agent in the presence of the catalyst for reaction of the precipitated silica filler with the coupling agent and a cross-linking agent.

EFFECT: achieving higher degree of dispersion of the precipitated silica filler with lower power consumption, fewer process steps, shorter time for preparing the rubber mixture and cutting power consumption 2-4-fold, improved adhesion with wet road and rolling resistance.
